Founder
Hester Agudosi
Hester Agudosi is a seasoned attorney, strategist, and business consultant with a distinguished career in law, government, and inclusive leadership. As the founder of E2 Equitable Ecosystems LLC, she brings decades of experience in legal oversight, policy development, and organizational strategy to help businesses and institutions navigate complex challenges and achieve sustainable growth.
Hester earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame. She also broadened her global perspective by studying Japanese Language and Culture at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan,
She began her legal career as a Manhattan Assistant District Attorney in New York, where she served for ten years, handling felony level prosecutions. She then dedicated twenty years to public service in New Jersey, where she held multiple Director level positions including: Chief of Prosecutors Supervision, Chief of Bias Crimes and Community Relations, and Director of Equal Employment Opportunity and Contract Compliance.
Hester’s commitment to advancing equity and inclusion led to a groundbreaking appointment by the Governor of New Jersey as the state’s first Chief Diversity Officer, where she spearheaded statewide initiatives to promote diversity, equity and inclusion in public and private sectors.
With her deep expertise in legal affairs, government operations, and strategic business management, Hester now leads E2, guiding organizations toward operational excellence, compliance and inclusive leadership.
