Jade is a recognized leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), program management, and public policy, dedicated to advancing leadership development and social impact. Based in Washington, D.C., she is a graduate of Howard University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications.
Jade’s career spans influential roles across government, labor, and corporate sectors, including Capitol Hill, the U.S. Department of the Interior, AFL-CIO, Meta, and Deloitte. She is a co-founder of Xceleader and serves as Managing Director of XceleadHer, a premier leadership development program that has trained more than 450 Black women leaders across 40+ HBCUs nationwide. Through her leadership, XceleadHer has become a powerful force for empowering women in leadership, equipping them with mentorship, professional development, and funding opportunities.
Jade’s impact has earned national recognition, including a nomination for the HBCU Digest’s 2018 HBCU Awards, and she has been featured in major publications such as Forbes, The Washington Post, The Hill, and Politico. With a proven track record of driving meaningful change, she brings an innovative, results-driven approach to DEI strategy, workforce readiness, and leadership development.

Scott Blow is a proven leader in economic development, business growth and large-scale real estate projects. In his Director roles at the Newark Economic Development Corporation and Central New Jersey Economic Development Corporation, Scott led strategic initiatives to attract, retain and expand businesses. His strong track record in entrepreneurship and small business support extends to the management of start-up ventures across industries such as Solar and Energy Storage, BioPharma Supply Chain, and Regenerative Medicine
Scott’s broad experience also includes large scale urban redevelopment, land acquisition and housing development. He has played key leadership roles in land acquisition and real estate development deals for K. Hovnanian Homes, Ainsworth Real Estate Development LLC., Avalon Bay, Philadelphia Waterfront Partners and D.R. Horton.
Scott’s unique ability to integrate economic leadership, real estate development, and entrepreneurial innovation to his work with businesses, policymakers and community stakeholders, coupled with his strategic vision and hands on approach, make him a sought after leader in building thriving economic ecosystems. .
Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing as well as a Masters of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University.
